I went to see Lauren for past life regression at her home office in Lincoln just out of interest really. I've always had this fascination with Malta and no reason to have such interest. I went there on holiday and seemed to feel like I was coming home so went to Lauren just to see if there was anything to this past life regression hypnosis. Lauren explained the process during a free consultation so I could make up my mind before deciding one way or the other. It was the most relaxing experience I've ever had and even though at first I found it a bit tricky to focus on seeing anything, it came quickly and easily after a while. I was guided through doors to past lives and found one that took me straight back to a village in Malta. It was uncanny and I even got a name and recognised a friend as well. I wasn't convinced there was even such a thing as past lives beforehand but now I've seen enough that I'm convinced. I've been back a few times now as I wanted to find out more and then look if there were other lives to remember. I just want to thank Lauren for this eye opening experience. My partner and I went for Past Life Regression Therapy with Lauren because we felt like we'd known each other before from the first time we met. We were just curious to see if we had known each other from a past life so it was very exciting. We saw glimpses of lots of different things whilst 'under'. It doesn't feel like you think it will-you don't feel like you're asleep or passed out- just really relaxed and focused. It's so much fun and Lauren really made up feel very welcome. It was so enlightening to see the two of us from before and see how we knew each other already. I have recommended Lauren to so many of my friends-some who believe and some who are just intrigued. It doesn't really matter what you believe but you have to be open to the idea of it.

I had been suffering from feelings of guilt and panic that no counsellor or therapist had been able to help me with. There didn't appear to be any reason for those feelings form my past, and having spent vast quantities of money on therapy and counselling only to get nowhere, a friend recommended Lauren to me to see if she could help with past life regression therapy. I really appreciated the lengthy free initial consult so I could feel comfortable before deciding to go ahead having been let down so much in the past. This was like nothing I'd ever experiences-even having been to another hypnotherapist was entirely different but they seemed to use a script with me.
